Our Department boasts of highly qualified, passionate professors who not only guide students towards an illustrious career, but also take up innovative research work in the emerging new fields. The enthusiasm and dedication of our teachers is truly a blessing to the institution and the end results can be seen when students from the department get paid handsomely during the placements. Our students are among the highest, if not the highest paid in the industry today, thanks to the guidance and innovative projects provided by our faculty.

The department is well equipped with enough laboratories for U.G and P.G. programme, and seminar halls. The laboratories are well managed by experienced Non-Teaching staff. Our ICT cell is a major contributor for managing Campus-Wide IT infrastructure, including Computers, Networking (Wired / Wireless), and Internet facilities, Mail, Web and Application Servers and so on.

Digital revolution has defined the twenty first century and in a few short years, the digital realm has broken free from the static shackles of the desktop and is now never more than an arm’s reach away. The constraints of connectivity have dissolved in recent years, resulting in an ‘always on, always connected’ society.

Wi-Fi provides a consistent, high quality connected experience, regardless of environmental factors. Wi-Fi setup for the entire Institute is controlled from the Data Centre through firewall.

Wi-Fi setup has over 30 access points strategically located across the Campus for access to Internet services. Wi-Fi is authentication driven and is with restrictions as per user level for maximum security.

A Slovakian proverb says, "Pure water is the world’s first and foremost medicine." The Institute ensures that the drinking water facilities on the campus are maintained at regular intervals and with utmost care.

Drinking water supplied by the Mysore city corporation is available throughout the campus. All drinking water outlets and water coolers are fitted with top-notch water purifiers. All underground and overhead water tanks are cleaned by professional service-providers thrice a year using sophisticated equipment including UV equipment. Further, bottled water is also available at the food outlets on the campus.

It is said that health is a state of complete harmony of the body, mind and spirit. The Institute has tied up with reputed emergency response services for 24x7 medical support facilities. In case of an emergency, medical help is provided by an ambulance consisting of a paramedic officer with essential lifesaving equipment. Every student is covered under a medical insurance once they join the organization.

Campus security arrangements ensure that safety measures and adequate precautions are taken to secure the inmates. Closed circuit TV cameras have been installed at strategic locations on the campus and the security personnel are trained to handle emergencies. The campus is monitored by more than 20 security guards all-round the day and night.

Our department has many general-purpose classrooms outfitted for computer projection. There are separate ports to directly connect a pen drive and conduct a presentation or to connect a laptop for hands on demonstration.
